Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered from COVVE. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of the day you receive it.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. Tell us by emailing info@covveworldwide.co.uk with your order number, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

Condition of returns

Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with their original tags and packaging. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled more than you would need to in order to check it, for example in a shop.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, email us at info@covveworldwide.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free return and a refund or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, or of receiving proof that you have sent it back, whichever is sooner. If you return your whole order within the cancellation period, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
