Where we deliver

COVVE currently delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Delivery options

• Standard delivery — free on orders of £50 or more, otherwise £4.99. Usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Express delivery — £6.99. Usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; carriers can be delayed during busy periods or by events outside our control. Your options and their cost are confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at info@covveworldwide.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
